Vision 2020: Aim to achieve 100% Computer literacy in India

Nai Saral Yojna - Vision 2020: Aim to achieve 100% Computer literacy in India :
Under the vision 2020 of R.C.S.M, it is determined to achieve 100% computer literacy in India. To achieve this target R.C.S.M has introduced Nai Saral Yojna, so that Computer Education can be made universally accessible and universally available. Today plenty of computer training centres are being run in every corner and every street. It is claimed to provide computer education at very low rate by such centres but there is acute lack of quality. As a result students cannot prepare themselves suitably for the different jobs in the computer world.
There is limitless scope for computer literacy in India and so such centres which are spreading everywhere cannot be ignored. If we want to achieve 100% computer literacy. All such centres have certain problems i.e. Lack of experienced and skilled teachers (faculties), lack of standard text-books, unavailability of good computer labs, lack of national recognized certificate and scarcity of placement avenues .
These problems cannot be solved by such centres at their own levels. Today franchisee system is the best remedy, which is very common to solve all such problems. But most of the centes are not capable of taking the franchisee of only profit making brands. Being a non-profit organization, R.C.S.M is discharging social responsibility, has decided to provide franchisee at very low cost and minimum royalty to all such unorganized computer centres, so that quality education and job oriented computer training may be provided even the last man of the society by enhancing the quality, excellence and work-potential of such unorganized Computer Centres in a very magnificent manner.
